Common problems
"license is bound to X" on activation
The key is already activated for a different URL. Go to /account on sisl.pl → pick the license → Unbind from host → next sync will activate on the new URL.
connect() failed (111: Connection refused) in nginx error log
Magento can't reach PHP-FPM through the Unix socket. Check:
- whether the app container (PHP-FPM) is running
- whether /sock/docker.sock is in a shared volume between nginx and app
- whether the nginx config has fastcgi_pass unix:/sock/docker.sock;
Stock in Magento still 0 despite a PZ in Optima
Your PZ is not confirmed (status bufor/do zatwierdzenia). Confirm the document (lock icon / Z in Optima) — only then is the entry written to CDN.TwrZasoby with TwZ_TrSIdDost > 0 and our sync will see it.
HTTP 402 Payment Required from /v1/products
The microservice returns this when its local license verification fails:
1. Check appsettings.Local.json → License.Key and License.ServerUrl
2. Verify the server has outbound to license.sisl.pl: Invoke-WebRequest https://license.sisl.pl/check -Method Post
3. Check the log: Get-Content C:\Sisl\logs\license-trace.log -Tail 5
signature mismatch (possible attack) in the microservice log
The Ed25519 public key embedded in the binary doesn't match the SISL server's private one. Causes: - you downloaded an older plugin version than the server knows - someone forged the response (serious — check the outbound HTTPS proxy)
Solution: re-download the latest Sisl.Sync.Service.zip from /account on sisl.pl.

Magento cron: no recent jobs (WARN in Diagnostics)
Magento cron is not running. The most common cause in a Docker setup:
# add to docker-compose.yml
cron:
image: <same image as app>
command: >
sh -c "while true; do
php /var/www/html/bin/magento cron:run --group=default >> /var/www/html/var/log/cron.log 2>&1;
sleep 60;
done"
volumes: [...] # same as app
Or in a plain system:
* * * * * /var/www/html/bin/magento cron:run --group=default >> /var/log/magento-cron.log 2>&1
Slow synchronization
- Increase
Page size (batch)in the configuration to 500-1000 - Switch
Stock synchronizationfrom "Every 15 min" to "Every 1 hour" if changes are rare - Disable
Pull products(cron) if SKUs change once a week and you do it manually
