Stop wasting hours manually syncing Comarch Optima and Magento
Double data entry for products, stock levels out of sync after the weekend, manual invoice handling — this isn't just frustrating, it's a direct hit to operational efficiency. For Polish B2B stores on Magento using Comarch Optima for accounting, this is the daily reality.
Today we're shipping the SISL Optima Connector v0.3.5 for Magento 2. Our answer to the overpriced, closed-box integration market. Built for e-commerce directors and IT managers who value their time, budget, and control over their tech stack.
What's live in v0.3.5?
We focused this release on stabilising the core and one-way synchronisation from Optima to Magento — which solves 80% of the daily operational pain:
- Automatic product sync — create a product in Optima, it appears in Magento within an hour. No more double work.
- Multi-warehouse stock → Magento MSI — full compatibility with Multi-Source Inventory. Optima warehouses (MAGAZYN, WAW, GDN…) mapped to MSI sources in Magento.
- Per-website pricing (multi-store) — different prices on `retail.shop` and `b2b.shop` from a single Optima.
- Auto-invoices from Optima visible in customer account — operator issues FA in Optima with description `MG-100000123`, Magento auto-creates the corresponding Invoice. Partial invoices supported.
- Customer sync (KntKarty) — Optima contractors land in Magento's `customer_entity`.
Numbers, not buzzwords
The model is simple: PLN 300 net/month (~€70/month, PLN 3,600/year). Open-ended agreement, 30-day notice period, support and hotfixes included. No setup fee. Typical Polish market alternatives sit either at PLN 1,500-10,000 one-off setup plus PLN 1,000-3,000 yearly maintenance, or as full SaaS subscriptions in the few-thousand PLN/year range — usually on 12-month hard-lock contracts. We don't name specific vendors here because their pricing changes faster than blog posts do.
The full source code (PHP module + .NET microservice) lives on your servers under SISL's commercial licence. We don't route your data through our cloud. Need a deep code audit before signing? We arrange a walkthrough after an NDA. Security: HMAC + Ed25519 signatures + anti-tamper manifest.
Before v0.3.5 we ran 3 rounds of code review (Gemini Pro + Claude Opus) and end-to-end tests on a real Comarch Optima 2024 instance. We found and fixed 24 bugs before they could hit a client. Stability is not an afterthought.
Full transparency: what's NOT in v0.3.5
Honesty first. The current version does not yet support forwarding new orders from Magento to Optima. That's v0.4.0, expected June 2026. Join now, get stable F1/F2/F3, and the v0.4.0 update is included in your subscription.
Near-term roadmap
- v0.4.0 (1 month) — Order forward Magento → Optima (XML drop folder + Optima import), VAT parity, partial-invoice shipping cost
- v0.5.0 (2-3 months) — FK/WZK correcting invoices → Magento Credit Memos, edit-idempotency
- v0.6.0 (Q2) — Per-customer B2B price lists, credit limit visibility in "My Account"
