What's included in the PLN 300/month plan?

One plan, all features. We don't believe in artificial "Basic" and "Premium" tiers. You get full access to all current and future capabilities of the SISL Optima Connector:

• Two-way product synchronization: Prices, stock levels, names, and descriptions between Optima and Magento.
• Order automation: New orders from Magento automatically create corresponding documents (e.g., ZK, RO) in Comarch ERP Optima.
• Customer data synchronization: New Magento customers are automatically created or updated in your Optima contractor database.
• Status updates: A change in shipment status in Optima (e.g., after generating a tracking number) updates the order status in Magento.
• Support for simple and configurable products in Magento.
• Full source code on your servers (SISL commercial licence, modifications on request).
• Free installation assistance (up to 1 hour) and comprehensive documentation.
• Continuous updates to ensure compatibility with new versions of Magento 2.4.x and Comarch ERP Optima.

How we differ from competitors

A typical Magento ↔ Optima connector on the Polish market is a one-time implementation fee of PLN 1,500-10,000 plus yearly maintenance of PLN 1,000-3,000 (support / update plan subscription), often with a 12-month lock-in. Typical 3-year TCO lands in the PLN 4,500-19,000 range.

Our model is deliberately different: one flat fee of PLN 300 / month and that's it. Updates, hotfixes, major-version upgrades — included. PLN 10,800 over 3 years, no surprises.

When our model pays off

A monthly subscription makes sense if continuous updates matter to you (compatibility with new Magento / Optima releases, security patches, new features like partial invoices, multi-warehouse, planned order forward in v0.4.0). If a one-time-fee vendor doesn't publish update pricing or charges extra for it — we typically come out cheaper after 2-3 years.

Why is it so cheap? What's the catch?

A healthy dose of skepticism is good, especially in IT. Our pricing model is this straightforward because of three core principles:

1. Self-hosted model: The connector runs on your infrastructure. The entire codebase (PHP module + .NET microservice) lands on your servers after a licence agreement. We don't route your data through our API. Code audit available on request after NDA.

3. Low Overhead: SISL is a studio of freelancers. We don't have a downtown office, a sales team, or a layer of management. The price directly reflects the low operational cost. You pay for code and support, not for corporate bloat.

What you're paying for:

We believe in full transparency. Your PLN 300 monthly fee funds:

• The .NET Microservice License: The closed-source component responsible for communicating with the Comarch ERP Optima API.
• License Verification Infrastructure: Maintenance of the license.sisl.pl server and secure management of our cryptographic signing keys (Ed25519).
• Continuous Development & Updates: Our commitment to keeping the connector compatible with future Magento and Optima versions. Critical bugs are fixed within 24 business hours.
• Technical Support: Email support ([email protected]) with a guaranteed response time of one business day.

What you're NOT paying for (and why it matters):

• Vendor Lock-in: The connector runs locally on your side. If you cancel the subscription, the data (products, orders, customers) stays in your Magento and Optima — we never pull it out. No cloud migration headache, no exit clause.
• A 12-month lock-in: You sign a master service agreement with a 30-day notice clause instead of a rigid annual contract. Email support and hotfixes are in the price — you're not buying a black box.
• A Setup Fee: The installation fee is PLN 0. We even provide 1 hour of free support to get you up and running.
• "Premium" Tiers: For now, we have one plan that includes everything. We don't hide critical features behind a more expensive paywall. You pay one price, you get everything.
