Short answer: 599 to 1,899 PLN net / month with us, depending on how much actual dev work you need monthly. No setup fee, open-ended agreement with 30-day notice. The key part — small changes are included in the plan, you don't get a separate invoice for every colour change or image swap.
The CARE, GROWTH and PARTNER plans cover WooCommerce and WordPress. Three plans, clear scope, predictable budget.
On Magento? Magento care is a separate offer with a written SLA: 990 / 1,490 / 2,490 PLN net per month, every Adobe security patch tested on staging before production. Ask at [email protected].
VPS hosting + Cloudflare, daily backups, 24/7 uptime monitoring, engine and plugin updates, email support (1 business day). Small changes billed ad-hoc at 220 PLN/h (≈ €50/h). For teams that want technical peace of mind and manage content themselves.
Everything in CARE + 2 hours of dev work per month included. Those hours cover small changes, content edits, image swaps, minor CSS, tracking snippets. This is the "no surprise invoice" plan. Overflow at 220 PLN/h (≈ €50/h).
Everything in GROWTH + 5 hours/mo, priority queue (< 4 business hours response), quarterly performance + SEO audit, quarterly strategy call. For stores where e-commerce is the main sales channel.
Every plan: hosting, backups, monitoring, engine + plugin updates, email support. GROWTH and PARTNER add a pool of dev hours for small changes included in the plan — colour, font, content, image swap, discount code, minor CSS.
Larger work (new page, API integration, audit, migration) is quoted separately — you always get a number before we start. Full in/out scope: scope of service.
Many agencies charge 200-300 PLN for a 15-minute change (minimum billing block is often 1h). The result: you're afraid to ask for small things, and your maintenance budget is unpredictable. With us small changes fit inside the GROWTH/ PARTNER plan — one fixed cost line, you know exactly what you pay for.
Yes. Open-ended agreement, 30-day notice, no penalty. Your data and code stay with you after cancellation.
Overflow is billed at 220 PLN/h (≈ €50/h), or 200 PLN/h (≈ €46/h) on PARTNER, or we move the task to next month — your call. Every task is quoted before we start.
