Scope of service for maintenance plans

What this is

The GROWTH (2h work / mo) and PARTNER (5h work / mo) maintenance plans include a set pool of developer hours. This page defines what those hours cover and what we quote as a separate job. No guessing, no surprise invoices for changing a button colour.

The CARE plan (599 PLN/mo) doesn't include work hours — small changes are billed ad-hoc at 250 PLN/h (15-minute blocks). Hosting, backups, monitoring and updates are included in every plan.

Covered by plan hours (small changes)

• changing the colour, font or size of an existing element
• swapping a photo, graphic, logo or favicon (you provide the asset)
• editing text content on an existing page
• updating footer details, contact page, opening hours
• adding or changing a discount code in WooCommerce / Magento
• minor CSS fixes (padding, margin, alignment, breakpoints)
• adding a tracking snippet (GA4, Meta Pixel) — one-off
• publishing a blog post from ready content
• adding a simple field to an existing form
• adding a simple product with provided images and copy
• updating or installing a plugin from the official repository

Separate job (individual quote)

Larger or complex work is quoted separately — you get a fixed number before we start and you decide. Some of it can come out of your plan hours if it fits.

• a new page with a unique layout or new template
• designing and coding a new section on the homepage
• integration with an external API (CRM, newsletter, ERP, invoicing)
• business-logic changes (shipping, discount or tax calculation)
• content or data migration from another site / system
• SEO, security or performance audit (separate service from 1,500 PLN)
• Core Web Vitals optimisation / site speed-up
• graphic work (banner design, photo editing)
• advanced configuration of complex plugins (WPML, membership, B2B)
• CMS training

How hours are billed

• Plan hours are counted in 15-minute blocks, against actual work time.
• Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.
• When the pool runs out: overflow at 220 PLN/h (GROWTH) or 200 PLN/h (PARTNER), or move the task to next month — your call.
• Every task is quoted in hours before we start. You approve, we work.
• An hours-usage report is available on request at any time.
• Open-ended agreement, 30-day notice. No cancellation penalty.
