Regenerate URL Rewrites (SISL fork)

A CLI command that rebuilds product and category URL rewrites. Fixes 404s and duplicates after a migration. Runs on 2.4.9.

After an import, migration or category change the url_rewrite table drifts: duplicates, missing URLs, 404s. This command rebuilds the rewrites from scratch: bin/magento ok:urlrewrites:regenerate.

The original was abandoned and threw a fatal error on 2.4.9 — its console command lacked the : int return type Symfony Console 7.4 requires. Fixed. Free, open source.
